e-Verification
Instruction to the applicants :
(1) All organizations has to provide the details as requested during the
application process, in this portal.
(2) Non-Government organization has to pay an amount of Rs 200 per candidate for
verification. Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of Secretary, Board of Secondary
Education, Assam payable at Guwahati. Scanned copy of the Demand Draft needs to be
uploaded while applying for verification.
(3) After applying online please download the auto-generated Application form and
send it to SEBA office along with,
a. The hard copy of Official Letter.
b. The hard copy of the documents of the candidates.
c. The Demand Draft (for Non-Government Organizations).
(4) Verification report will be sent via post only.
(5) Verification report will not be handed over to the person, for whom
verification is done.
TO BE KEPT READY AT HAND AT THE TIME OF MAKING ONLINE APPLICATION BY THE APPLICANT:
(6). Scanned copy of the Official letter of the Requesting Authority.
(7). List of candidates details for whom verification needs to be done. Candidate details can be entered manually or via excel format. The excel format for uploading candidate details can be downloaded by clicking here.
(8). Scanned copy of the Demand draft (for Non-Government Organizations).
