a. Payment has to made in Online mode only.
b. After successful payment Digital Migration Certificate will be generated.
c. No hard copy will be issued from SEBA. Candidate has to take a print of the Digital
Migration Certificate and use it for the required purpose.

b. For Challan payment Candidate has to make payment at APEX Bank, SEBA Office, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati -21.
c. After successful payment hard copy of the Migration Certificate will be issued from
SEBA in the same day.
d. Candidate has to collect the Migration Certificate from Counter 3, SEBA Office, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati -21.
